Nidapark Istinye

The residence, distinguished by its magnificent sea view and architecture, is located in one of the most prestigious and ancient districts in Istanbul.

The total project area covers about 73.000 m² which includes an extensive area with green parks and car parking sections with 47.500 m².

In addition, the project was nominated for a prestigious LEED award (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for its outstanding performance in regard to environmentally conscious planning.

inoxnet^® actively participated in the stages of planning, manufacturing, and installation.

I-NET^® cable mesh was applied to the spaces on the ground floor for 50 villas on the site as a safety net and fall protection system.

For the NIDA ISTINIYE project, inoxnet^® manufactured and then installed 280 m² of I-NET^® cable mesh with 2 mm diameter steel ropes and 80 mm net width.
